Agreement to These Terms
By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms set out below. These Terms of Purchase govern the contractual relationship between you and us regarding the sale of products through this website. They supplement, and do not replace, any other policies posted on this website, including the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Purchase and another policy, these Terms of Purchase control with respect to the purchase transaction itself.
Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not place an order.
Products and Availability
We sell semi-permanent hair color products. Product descriptions, shade names, and images are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to represent colors accurately, but you should understand that the appearance of a shade on a screen may differ from its appearance on hair due to variations in monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and the natural color and texture of your hair. We cannot guarantee that a product will look exactly as it appears in a photograph.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders that we believe are intended for resale rather than personal use. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a substitute, a partial refund, or a full refund for the unavailable item, at your choice.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on this website are in United States Dollars (USD). This is the only currency in which we accept payment and issue refunds. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee or exchange rate adjustment. This fee is imposed by your financial institution, not by us, and we have no control over its amount. The price charged to your payment method will be the USD amount displayed at checkout, converted by your card issuer according to its own rates and terms.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer installment plans, layaway, or deferred payment options. Your order will not enter the fulfillment process until payment has been authorized and captured by our payment processor.
If a payment is declined or reversed after an order has shipped, we reserve the right to pursue collection of the amount owed, including through the use of a collection agency or legal action if necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter directly with you first.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We accept that offer when we send the shipping confirmation email. Until that point, we have not accepted your order, and no contract of sale exists between us. We may decline to accept an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
You may cancel your order before it enters the fulfillment process. To do so, contact us through the Contact page as soon as possible. If the order has already been picked and packed, cancellation is not possible, and the return process applies after delivery.
Shipping and Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. This means that if a package is lost or damaged in transit, the claim process is available to you as the recipient, and we will assist you in pursuing it. We will not leave you to navigate a carrier claim alone, but the formal claim must be filed by the party who bears the risk under this provision.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy posted on this website, which is incorporated into these Terms of Purchase by reference. The Refund Policy sets out the sixty-day return window, the conditions for eligibility, the processing timeline, and the circumstances under which partial refunds may be issued.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising out of or relating to any product purchased through this website, or these Terms of Purchase, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms of Purchase excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms of Purchase, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
